There is one thing that I noticed that's not on the list. Are companies still doing "Easter Eggs"? I remember when that was the fad, but when companies started going cheap on DVD releases, Easter Eggs pretty much disappeared. I haven't even paid attention if they've done any Easter Eggs on Blu. Easter Eggs: still alive or dead fad?

I voted for Chapter Inserts and Booklets.

My guess is either money or going green. But I agree, they are missed.
