Also I've noticed this isn't exactly an Iron Pack like last year. There seems to be more plastic around it compared to normal Iron Packs. I guess its a new Disney design?

Correct. Disney designed the case themselves in order to avoid paying fees to the Steelbook company.
And most likely, FS customers will get the Digital Copy in a paper sleeve. That is how Pirates is having it done.
I guess it's not that disappointing considering that once you use the digital copy you can never use it again. It's crap that Disney even packages an extra disc at all. The newer Harry Potter Ultimate Editions give you a code and you download your digital copy from a website. I guess Disney likes charging us for that "extra disc" a little too much.
Just bought The Lion King at Best Buy! I obtained an extra one, in case someone is intereted!
PS. I also have an extra Ironpack of Beauty and the Beast in case someone is interested!
