scene/song, tale old as time ballroom scene. its always been a favourite. i love the designs, from belle and the beast to the ceiling cherubs. the song is perfect and sums up the whole movie perfectly.
character would be beast. his design is amazing. powerful, menacing, scary, but can be so hilarious [bath time!], tender and soft as well. he is one my favourite disney characters overall.

Character: With B&tB, I don’t dislike any of the characters, but I’m not seriously attached to any of them--except Cogsworth. Lumiere is a good character, too.
Song: This is a hard one, considering they’re all brilliant. It’s probably “Beauty and the Beast” for me (Lansbury’s version will always be my favorite, even though I do like Celine Dion and Jordin Sparks). I’ve grown seriously attached to “Human Again,” too, ever since I got the musical's obc recording. I love the ending of the song; “Like a real human does. I’ll be all that I was” is sung in a very sad way--or maybe I just took it that way. I’ve always felt the servants’ role in the story has been understated.
Scene: “Belle” is probably my favorite scene from the film. I love how the town interactions play into the song, and it's entertaining to watch. I also like how the people become shadows in "The Mob Song."

Character: Belle, my favorite Disney princess! And I can relate to her in so many ways so I am immediately drawn to her and am rooting for her the entire film. I also love Lumiere, can't say I'm as big of a pimp as he is though.
Song: Belle (Reprise) and Beauty and the Beast
Scene: Belle (Reprise), though Beauty and the Beast and the Transformation/Finale are the scenes that make me weep hahaha.

I said Divinity and I seems always disagree with each other, but never recall with you except when it comes to Sleeping Beauty.

This is a tough one...such a wonderful film...
Character: I love them all. I GUESS if I had to pick, I'd say Belle...she is just beautiful and very well developed. I also like her subtle feminism and her unwillingness to conform.
Song: Hmmm...its a tie. Belle? Something there? Gaston Reprise? Be Our guest? They are all wonderful for different reasons! (shame on the ones who picked "Human Again". Pointless song and terrible animation. Kills the pacing, and we already had the servants perspective in Be Our Guest)
Scene: Two. One is Belle's escape through the forest and the beast fighting off the wolves. Its an incredibly powerful scene, and there is no dialogue! The other, though lifted from Sleeping Beauty, is Belle and the prince's final dance. Beautiful animation combining with powerful choral music... and it's like each spin they take is timed to the music!

from the "Disney Films that were one flaw away from being perfect" thread.
You do know I know I was joking there, right?
