For Dreamworks Animation Halloween Comes This Sept To DVD

In the last few years Dreamworks has been starting to do holiday programs for TV. Two of them have been Monsters vs. Aliens: Mutant Pumpkins from Outer Space in 2009 and Scared Shrekless last year. On September 13th you can pick these two halloween treats up on DVD (or wait till Sept. 27th for them in a two pack). Will I pick these up? I expect at some time but I won't jump on them right away. The SPR for both are low at $14.99 each or $19.99 for the two pack.

I watched Mutant Pumpkins shortly after it first appeared on TV in 2009. Last year, I was expecting a home release of the special in time for Halloween. Why did it take so long?!
