The cable network Nickelodeon is apparently celebrating their 25th anniversary this summer.
Anyway, their "Old School Pick" is between "Hey Dude", "Clarissa Explains It All", and my personal favorite "The Adventures of Pete & Pete."
I believe Monday night and Wednesday night they'll be airing an hour's worth of "Old School" Nick.

That's cool!!!
The only Old Nick show I saw was Clarissa Explains It All.
So now I could see other nick Old shows.
I voted for Pete & Pete.
So when do we see the show?

Yeah ditto I voted for Clarissa explains it all and am sad to Hey Dude winning. Ive never even seen that show.. psh w/eDisneykid wrote:I voted and how the freaking heck is Hey Dude winning?!?! If that show wins this week, will it be played on all the Old School Nick slots, and if so, will Clarissa and Pete still be shown SOMETIME?
I'm really not sure how this works, since it says you're picking the first choice for today. So, I'm hoping that even if/when "Hey Dude" wins, that they'll at least air an episode of "Pete & Pete" and "Clarissa Explains It All." Though I can't see them fitting everything into an hour, but that's at 5:30 Eastern today.
"Pete & Pete" is also listed for the one-hour block at 5:30 Eastern Wednesday, so hopefully it will show up at least once. The other shows listed for that day are "All That" and "The Nick Cannon Show."

Geez, you guys really are a bunch a youngins huh!? ;P
Of all the shows on that list, Hey Dude is the oldest (in terms of when it first aired on Nick), and it really is a fantastic show, and most certainly Old School Nick. Although all 3 are very good I miss watching Hey Dude the most. I see most people who watched the "real" classic Nick (1980-1992) voting for Hey Dude especially considering that both Clarissa and Pete managed to re-run on other channels as recently as a year ago.
Watch hey Dude, and give it a chance, you really may enjoy it, and here's to hoping we do get a good dose of some of the other classics as well.
And I'm with DisneyQuack, You Can't Do That On Television is the OFFICIAL classic Nickelodeon show and really should be shown for this anniversary. I think YCDTOT put Nick on the map. I'd love to see a few episodes of "Out of Control" as well, but according to Dave Coulier there are no existing prints of the show...pretty crazy huh...
