Nice find, thanks for posting!
I didn't really find it "creepy" like Robb kept saying in the narration; just poorly executed compared to Disney, as most of the figures lack motion and the overall ride lacks the kinetics and fluidity of the Disney originals. Still, if I had never been to a Disney park or seen the original, I could see myself enjoying this. It had a few cute moments, like the penguins.
I'm surprised that whatever park this is got away with such a blatant rip off of the Disney original, even stealing the Sherman Brothers' theme song!
This kind of reminds me of the "alternate universe" Disneyland that Theme Park Review visited:
