I WAS REALLY SHOCKED! As we entered the building, we saw a HUGE line of people! We were like, "Ughhhh, we will never get seen!" But, when we get in there, a security guard told us that because of the people, everyone will be seen! Was so happy and releived that I nearly hugged him.

So, I waited for 8 hours to tried out. I met a few people, including a sweet, little 6th grader named Brandon. Once we got in the sign-up room, we were given out the monologue from Good Luck, Charlie. That took us a couple of hours because we were given out numbers and only cetain numbers could go as a group. For example, people with the numbers between 1-10 could go.
That took us 3 hours!!! We were going to be the last ones, but when the Disney Channel guy noticed the group of our numbers, he let us go with the group that was just called since we were going to be the last ones and he didn't want us to do more waiting.
Waiting to enter the audition room took us 5-10 minutes. In there, all we did was saying the monologue and that's it. The lady/casting director told me I was REALLY GOOD! As I was leaving the room AND the building, she told me, "GREAT JOB, EMILY!" Sadly, I didn't get a callback for today, but Brandon did! It was so cute, I think he nearly cried and gave me a big hug. And he shook our hands.
But, because I didn't get a callback for today, doesn't mean I won't get one. I found out if I will either this week (it's Sunday) or next week. They told me I did really good, so hopefully I do! And that's my DC experience! Wish me luck/pray for me. I would defientely do it again, but I don't think my parents would go for it.
