30s - Snow White and the Seven Dwarves (even if there were competition, it'd go to Snow White anyway :) )
40s - Pinocchio, I suppose
50s - Alice in Wonderland, with Peter Pan as a very close 2nd
60s - The Jungle Book, with 101 Dalmations as a very close 2nd
70s - The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
80s - The Fox and the Hound
90s - Mulan
00s - Tie: The Emperor's New Groove/Treasure Planet/Bolt. I know it's cheating, but I just can't decide right now. They're all good. :D
10s - Tangled so far
