Someone on CartoonBrew commented that a silhouette that appears on the new "Prep & Landing: Operation Secret Santa" is Nessie from the unreleased short "The Ballad of Nessie".
Q: What character is silhouetted at 4:15 (when Mrs. Clause talks about things she doesn’t want in the House)? It looks like Br’er Fox from Song of the South which would be a good jab at the Disney House for completely disowning that movie.

A: Yeah, but it’s not Br’er Fox. It’s Nessie.

I'm not sure if anyone posted this yet or not, but ABC.com has both last year's special and Operation: Secret Santa available for viewing on their website. Here's the link:

They'll probably release a Blu-ray combo pack after "Prep & Landing: Naughty vs. Nice" premieres this holiday season on ABC.

Yeah hopefully. I wonder if they'll wait until holiday season 2012 to do so.

I wanna get it but I think I'll wait for a blu-ray combo pack. I'm assuming 2012 will see the release of the blu-ray, and 2013 will see the release of the 3D blu-ray, and then 2014 will see the release of the 4D blu-ray combo... :P

Meanwhile, Wermers and Deters are prepping the Prep & Landing sequel, Naughty vs. Nice, which will air this holiday season. Lanny and Wayne discover that old elf technology has fallen into the hands of a naughty child; and they need to retrieve it because the kid is a proficient computer hacker and is wreaking havoc in the North Pole right before Christmas.

That car gag was a predictable one, but it got a chuckle out of me, nonetheless.

So I hear this is coming to DVD? I missed the first one on tv (didn't have access to a tv for a bit), but I've been interested in it for a while.
