So, I got home, checked my email, and was happy to see my 5 dollar Amazon giftcard from SwagBucks had arrived today. Then, I went on to Amazon to (finally) buy Bambi on Diamond Edition Blu-Ray, and low and behold, it had gone down about ten dollars, so I was able to purchase it new from Amazon instead of used as I was planning to.
Using my Reward Zone card for points went to Best Buy and picked up on Blu-ray:
Gulliver's Travels - Blu-ray/DVD/Digital Disc Combo Pack - $19.99 (those of you who get this film here's a bit of trivia. Look for the dates on the newspaper at the end credits and see if you can spot the biggest goof ever in film.)
Labyrinth - $9.99
At Wal-Mart last night, I picked up The King's Speech - Blu-ray - $19.86.
The only way to watch movies - Original Aspect Ratio!!!!
I LOVE my Blu-Ray Disc Player!
Picked up Gulliver's Travels with Jack Black on Blu-ray/DVD/Digital Copy Combo Pack. Not one of the best Jack Black movies, but it is still a lot of fun with lots of great one-liners.
Noticed I already posted this. So ignore it.

We're getting ripped on the Blu and DVD prices here in Canada aren't we?
Hell to the yes. In fact I actually got to the US tonight and while I missed the How to Train Your Dragon Blu sale at Target I did pick up these few things...
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1: Two-Disc Special Edition(American Walmart Exclusive DVD... At least I think it's US only. I can't find it in Canada.)
The Munsters: Two-Movie Fright Fest - (Munster, Go Home! & The Munsters' Revenge) (DVD) Now all the Munster goodness I need is season two.

-Skyler
It's also released in Australia as the only DVD edition available, I bought it release week for $16.88AUD.
I noticed this set does not have one of the shorts I remember; the one where Yogi finds a broomstick. I was also kind of diasppointed that two of the discs are double-sided (what a cheap move).

It was a short that aired originally as part of The Huckleberry Hound Show. Huck only got his first season on dvd so it is pretty likely that the above short is not on DVD at all.
Good movie. Part of it was filmed in my hometown. The scenes where they're running across the log booms and Robin Williams' apartment were filmed there. Although there is one flub. Pacino goes into one building (Williams' apartment), but comes out of the building across the street (Somass Hotel). You can even catch a quick glimpse of our railway station. I remember when Christopher Nolan, Williams, and Pacino came to town. It was pretty much an open set, cast and crew were approachable. Both Pacino and Williams were signing autographs and mingling with the public in-between takes.
Picked up a few today...
$27.99 @ Real Canadian Superstore - they had a "No Tax" day so I didn't have to pay the 12% HST. Got it before it heads back into the vault tomorrow, even though I already have the Blu-Ray set.
Both previously viewed
$7.99 each @ Real Canadian Superstore. Only problem is, Watchmen didn't come with the bonus features disc, but I guess you can expect this when its a previously viewed movie.
