Syncing issues with iPod touch

So, I'm really particular about my iTunes library, especially with the album artwork and such. But for some reason, my iPod is sticking the album artwork for The Kinks' Complete Collection with The Beatles' Blue Album. I even deleted the album artwork for both albums, synced it again, and it's still showing up. Has this happened to anyone else? And did you figure out how to fix it? I know I'm being an extreme nit-pick, but things like this bug me.

This has been happening to me for quite awhile now. I am also really picky with my album artwork and I really don't like how some random covers are on other albums. I have no idea how to fix it, either, but I would be grateful if anyone had any solutions.

I mean, seriously, the cover for Evita is on Slumdog Millionaire and Sweeney Todd is on Glee. Something must be wrong with either the iPod Touch or iTunes or something.
