Although, I must admit, I've watched more of them than is healthy to the average person (flipping channels and not caring to change the station), and Wizards of Waverly Place isn't all that bad. Avaitor may argue I'm biased because it has Selena Gomez in it.... but!... It seems that out of all the Disney Channel 'stars', she seems to be the only one who can act. And I have to say, it's the only DC show which made me laugh occasionally. It just seems slightly better than all other shows they have on. But yeah, Avaitor is probably right. :P

^ Well, while it is by no means a good show, I'm inclined to agree it is the best of the worst. I mean, has anyone seen Shake It Up? Really Disney, really?

I can name a branch of bad kid shows... read!

Fanboy and Chum-Chum
Flapjack
iCarly
Hannah Montana
My Gym Partner's a Monkey
Jonas
Two Suit Life shows
Wizards of Waverly Place
Penguins of Madagascar
Victorious
Squirrel Boy
Billy & Mandy
The Mighty B!
Back at the Barnyard
Mickey Mouse Clubhouse

These are the kid shows that suck in my opinion.

First of all, I just want to say that I am not of the mindset that thinks that anything new sucks. I will agree to the Disney Channel shows being mediocre to God awful. I like my nostalgic goggles, but they are not tight enough that will make me believe that everything sucks.

Take Chowder, a show that people have quickly said its the worst ever. It's definitely not as great as some of Cartoon Network's older series, but I don't think its bad either. When it isn't trying to be crazy random there is some interesting humor, and the visuals are quite stunning for a television production.

Flapjack does tend to bother me a lot, but I wouldn't call it the worst either.

Adventure Time is just WEIRD.

My issue with these shows is that rather than taking a concept and developing it, they just throw in as many random elements as possible in hopes of capturing the audience's attention. This is a very common problem in most of today's animated programming, whether its aimed at kids or adults.

But again, these aren't necessarily the worst kids shows ever.

^yeah. I keep an open mind myself. I like how Adventure Time is weird. when cartoons are generally formula-driven it's easy to appreciate any attempt to stray from the norm.

and I actually like Chowder, but not nearly as much as other shows.

I cant really say anything sucks these days aside from the live action shows. The one exception I think is The Garfield Show.

There are also some pretty bad Adult shows, but I never watch them.

Adventure Time is just a show specifically aimed at scene kids. From the terrible "random" genre of comedy to the obnoxious "dude" language. If either of these were to be toned down it would be so bad.

iCarly is terrible. I understand why people like it; it can be funny, but most of the time it's annoying. It's a show about two girls that are always yelling and screaming, again, random nonsense. And it's the same thing with Drake and Josh, the "bitch" character always gets away with being a bitch. I was watching an episode where their nemesis is now down on his luck and they make a party about it... that is terrrible values! The never once say you shouldn't celebrate others' misery. Then they try to give him a second chance but turns out he hasn't changed. Moral of the story? People never change, celebrate their misery. Kids shows shouldn't be preachy, but every episode seems to let every brats get away with everything they do. It's also not as funny as people say.

Suite Life on Deck is just awful, as is Shake it Up. Just awful. No redeeming qualities. Awful. The acting got worse too. Cole Sprouse somehow got three times more annoying and Debbie Ryan is tied with the Shake it Up cast to be the worst actors ever. Even Miley Cyrus was a better actress, which brings me too:

Hannah Montana. No single funny joke ever delivered, yet the laugh track people go off with the quasi-sarcastic jokes.

Does Pretty Little Liars count as a kids show? Because it's the worst show I've ever seen in my life.

Big Time Rush and Victorious are incredibly un-funny.

Just replace "scene" with "hipster" and you'd be right.

But I actually like Adventure Time. Mostly for the animation, art direction, funny one-liners, etc. Plus it's one of the few animated shows out that's actually creator-driven.

Well, I kind of consider real hipsters to be more serious than scene kids; how about hipster wannabe? Hipster wannabes were scene kids at one point.
