The Suite Life Movie - filmed in a High Voltage Lab?

Hello,

could the Suite Life Movie at scenes with that Prof. Olsen guy been filmed at a high voltage lab? I spotted an lightning impulse generator, two voltage dividers and a bushing (on wheels - kinda strange though)
