AGH!!! HOW'D YOU GET IT SATURDAY AND I HAD TO WAIT TIL TODAY?! oh this is so not fair...Satoshi wrote:Well last Saturday I got Return of the King, and today I got Smallville: Season Two and the 2-disc special edition of Shrek.
Anyways got Miracle and Lord of the Rings: Return of the King at Costco. Basically had to piss my pants til my parents bought the latter. Wanted to wait til November for the Extended Edition. Told me I waited for the last two, told em the last two didn't come out in May. But eventually they won one battle but I won the war. Next flick: 50 First Dates...
Cheers,

I picked up Return of King, didn't watch it tonight 24 finale(which wasn't very good
But tomorrow I plan on watching it.
Then one day I plan on watching the theatrical cuts back to back to back.
Almost 10 hours
Then after that when the Extended Edition of ROTK comes out I plan on watching all the EE back to back to back. Around 12 hours there.

Got Buffy season 6! I was surprised to find out that season 7 will be released in October!!!
I thought that it might get released in December, so that was a pleasant surprise.
That's all I could really afford for now, there are still pleanty more dvd's that I have to buy, but I just don't have the money right now...
Still waiting on a release date for Angel season 4. Hopefully, with the show having just wrapped up, they'll spped up the release shedule, so that season 5 can be released by the end of the year! We'll see....

Whew, it's been a while since I last posted here! Throughout May I picked up:
All 4 Walt Disney Treasures
The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly: SE
The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King
By far the most expensive month for DVDs ever, in my case. I'm broke like a thrown alarm clock yo!
On another subject, I think it'd be a good idea for the New DVD posts to continue in a second thread. Since this one is getting up to 20 pages, a "New DVD Thread 2" would keep it from getting too long. Maybe it'd be good to have a new thread every 20 pages? Anyway, expect one soon.
