What song describes your life?
What song describes your life/personality/current events you are going through?
Mine would Be 'Belle', from BatB. (Except for the whole 'beautiful' thing.)

Bob Dylan- Ballad of a thin man
Well, it fits already when we take the title literally: I'm very thin. But more important, the song is about a "Mr. Jones" who doesn't understand all that's happening around him. The song, like most of Dylan at that time, is very vague, so it's hard to make out exactly what's meant. In a certain way, that makes every listener a "Mr. Jones" as nobody can say exactly what's going on. But right now, I'm in the process of graduating university, looking for a job, taking trainings on job-hunting and it all confuses me; there's just so many things going on around me... Sometimes I lose sight of it all, and I feel like "Mr. Jones".
But something is happening here
and you don't know what it is
Do you,
Mr. Jones?

I know this is more than one but I couldn't stop myself . . .
I spent many years at "Full of Grace" by Sarah McLaughlin, "She Says" by Howie Day, and "Basketcase" by Green Day bot those days are over.
I spent many years with "Change" by Blind Melon and sometimes still find myself there. I also find myself looking to "Move Along" by All American Rejects and "Drive" by Incubus.
But now . . . it's "Accidentally in Love" by Counting Crows and "Always Know Where You Are" by John Zreznik.

Right now, it has to be Not Dark Yet by Bob:
Not Dark Yet
Shadows are falling and I’ve been here all day
It’s too hot to sleep, and time is running away
Feel like my soul has turned into steel
I’ve still got the scars that the sun didn’t heal
There’s not even room enough to be anywhere
It’s not dark yet, but it’s getting there
Well, my sense of humanity has gone down the drain
Behind every beautiful thing there’s been some kind of pain
She wrote me a letter and she wrote it so kind
She put down in writing what was in her mind
I just don’t see why I should even care
It’s not dark yet, but it’s getting there
Well, I’ve been to London and I’ve been to gay Paree
I’ve followed the river and I got to the sea
I’ve been down on the bottom of a world full of lies
I ain’t looking for nothing in anyone’s eyes
Sometimes my burden is more than I can bear
It’s not dark yet, but it’s getting there
I was born here and I’ll die here against my will
I know it looks like I’m moving, but I’m standing still
Every nerve in my body is so vacant and numb
I can’t even remember what it was I came here to get away from
Don’t even hear a murmur of a prayer
It’s not dark yet, but it’s getting there
Not Dark Yet
Shadows are falling and I’ve been here all day
It’s too hot to sleep, and time is running away

I don't think there's a song that could. My real life is that hard to pin down. So... I'll do a bunch. A few that came to my head:
The chorus to "Signs" - Five Man Electrical Band - although signs would be symbolic for people
"Forget Myself" - Imani Coppola - for that feeling of things you want but can never have
Goldfrapp - "Some People" - great song about the way people use you
Lords of Acid - "You Belong to Me" - me in a relationship
Veruca Salt - "Twinstar"
Christina Aguilera - "Bobblehead" - surrounded by people who don't have to think (this especially relates to high school)
Kahimi Karie - "Elastic Girl" - confidence, self-discovery
Imperial Teen - "Luxury" (the 2nd half) - this one's really important: about other people's expectations, looking for understanding, and not knowing what keeps you alive
Tracy Bonham - "30 Seconds" - the viciousness and selfishness of others
White Town - "Wanted" - not too many happy songs on this list

Disney is awesome, and was the biggest part of my childhood.
