Well, Amelia and Bedelia are sisters who resent that their wacky mother named them after herself. Adric is a pain in the ass but deep down we all still love him, even if he's always got his hands in his pockets doing God-knows-what. And Alice actually is a waitress at Mel's Diner. She's originally from Cocorro, New Mexico, but she doesn't live there anymore.

Ladies and gentlemen, Disney fans, internet people, lend me your ears...

It's been a great honor being nominated for forum member of the year. I admit that I haven't been the most ideal member, sometimes I am very silly, sometimes insightful and most of the time cranky. I'll also confess that at times the debates and discussions frustrate me. But the nomination proves to me that despite all the debates about the colors of Belle's books, discussions about religion and any other topic that drives people insane we still love and care for each other.

I am grateful that I am considered to be one of the best members of this forum, and even more honored to share this nomination with such a prestigious group of members... no, friends, people that at times surpass me in smarts, creativity, patiences and sense of humor.

Once again, thanks, I shall never forget this honor...

For anyone that's voted, I sent out a quick "Thanks for voting" reply to confirm that I've received it. If you haven't received this reply yet, let me know. It could mean your e-mail didn't get to me, or my e-mail didn't get to you yet.

Once the voting period is done and I receive all the speeches, the actual ceremony will likely begin soon after. I want to get it all done before November, when the forum members will likely want to concentrate on Secret Santa next (assuming Luke arranges one this year). **crosses fingers**

Here I am, cutting it close again. :shifty: But my votes have now been sent in. *whew*

I'm going to be extremely busy at the end of the month (heck, I'm extremely busy right now :lol:) so I may not be able to watch the ceremony as it unfolds. :cry: While it's too late to offer any further <strike>bribes</strike> recommendations, I wanted to take a moment to remind all involved that <strike>crates of Milk Buds will be on your doorsteps once I've won some designated categories</strike> I wish everyone the best of luck! :D
