Rapunzel does not hit her head on purpose! That part isn't exactly as goofy as I thought they would daringly, uniquely make her. Turns out it was just a clumsy accident. Still, nicely human and cute!

bradk, I forgot to say...you think music is most important because of lyrics. I wanted to say what I don't think that's true. It because wordless music is also music, like instrumental stuff. Music without the melody and tune is just poetry or a speech. Notes can be so beautiful and moving without words. Please appreciate music.

And, I also realized this everyone. That sketch of Rapunzel (by Glen Keane?) is a very nice one of what seems to be her original design (look at the bodice, no lace, but the original fancy design):

How I wish she was in that design! Though I am slowly warming up to and liking Rapunzel's final design more and more. But I really like the original sleeves, the part on the shoulders and also how they only went to her elbows.

Quirkiness and little flaws can add a lot to a character, believe it or not. Plus, she wasn't hitting herself, she was spinning the frying pan then it stopped on her head.

Exactly. its our flaws and quirks that gives us character. I do wish she had hit herself on purpose out of boredom, but her reaction still has a goofy vibe, so I'll take it.

I believe it, and I know it was NOT on purpose--I'm just wondering how anyone whacking themselves upside the head, PURPOSELY, makes them anything other than crazy. LOL. The fact that it was an accident while she was being silly in front of the mirror is what makes it quirky and cute, not.....nuts.

Plus, we may have history in the making... Rapunzel is the first Disney Princess to hit herself on the head with a frying pan.

Dear Disney Enthusiasts,

If you were an 18-year-old virgin, and you had been raised by Mother Gothel, and you were living in a tower, which you couldn't leave, you just might have gone crazy enough to hit yourself with a frying pan...intentionally, too...

Thank you in advance for your replies.

This is so crazy! Okay, who would ever intentional hit themselves with a frying pan? I can see her hitting herself with a ball but with a frying pan she could get a big bump on her head! Btw, I think Quasi is suppose to be like 20/21.

The fryingpan inspired me to make this little animation. :D

Yeah, I mean being an 18 year old virgin isn't that weird... but not seeing anyone but her own mother is weird.

Quasimodo was 20 years old in THoND. Towards the end of the movie Frollo says: "Now I'm going to do what I should have done 20 years ago."
