Inspired by Showbiz Pizza Forum's thread.
You can only post ONE "Minus 1" deduction a day.
Thus, no one is allowed to get a lower number by continuously lowering it until it's lower. "Day" is defined as the 24-hour period between 12:00 am and 11:59 pm in whatever timezone players reside in. Thus, a player may vote at 6:43 pm, then again at 2:18 am, and still have it considered one action a day. Players cannot take actions twice in the same day, for example: at 9:42 am and at 5:16 pm. Whoever lowers the number to zero gets a valuable prize (Mods & "Employees" of UD are not eligible to win)
