No, Mad About You began before Friends, and they aired during the same years for a while. Ursula is a character played by Lisa Kudrow on both Friends and Mad About You. In both shows, she is an air headed waitress, and is Pheobe's sister (Pheobe, of course, is also played by Lisa Kudrow). The shows are connected in this way. There was once a cross-over episode that brought Mad About You and Friends together via Ursula. It was quite funny .

Yeah, Friends was not created as a spin-off for Mad About You. They just wanted to have fun with the Ursula character from Mad About You.

Hey now, don't hate on Eminem! Besides, he's not a singer... unless you count 'Hailie's Song.'

I just happen to dislike what Eminem!

Slim Shady song drives me crazy when I hear it.

One of the best rap performers but he makes fun of sings like Spears and Spice Girls.

He's such a loser!

Please stand up and sit down. :x

^take that list and replace #1 with Rugrats and add #6(even though we're only listing five)-Thomas the Tank Engine and you got my childhood right there.

You know, The Truman Show and EDtv, weren't wrong. It was bad enough with endless "makeover" reality shows in the late 90's, but then, Big Brother surfaced on Dutch TV in 1999 and worldwide the quality of primetime tv slowly went down the toilet.
I'm sorry. The things we do...

5. Disney movies and tv shows were still high quality

4. We thought the economy would boom forever. Nobody had ever heard about Al Qu'aida or a 'war on terror' and we thought world peace would be just around the corner

3. No cell phones, sms or twitter. We had peace of mind.

2. The worst thing an American president could do was getting a blowjob.

1. Bob Dylan's renaissance!

Too bad the music sucked; otherwise, a perfect decade.

Faerie Tale Theatre was originally made in the 80s. :P But yay for "Arthur"!

You misundestood me. I know Faerie Tale Theatre was made in the 80's, but I meant to write "Reruns of Faerie Tale Theatre." Yes, Arthur was the best kids show out there at the time. It was for everyone. Now, Arthur has reached it's peak in 2000 and none of the other episodes are as good.

Oh, man! I remember that, too! That song will forever be stuck in my head!!

I remember I also wrote to him. Don't think he ever got the letter (probably because my handwriting was VERY sloppy  )
