I saw the film today, and it is by far the most wonderful, beautiful and magical of all three Tink movies so far :)

It is my absolute favourite :)

Aww! I teared up a bit, there! Most emotional moment yet in this series, I think it even tops the scene of Tink realizing how stupid she'd been while crying over the mirror in Lost Treasure... Lovely.

I've just seen it. It was very cute and sweet. Sometimes too sweet. But it was enjoyable nonetheless.

What is funny is that although it was supposed to be summer, it was actually raining during the whole movie. Well, that's England for you. :P

Where did you guys see it!? I'll probably be seeing it kinda late (I'm in college and don't have a DVD player or anything, so I'll probably wait until fall break (in mid-October) to pick it up).

I'm hoping there is one too. But since there is a coupon already for Beauty and the Beast, but not for this one, I'm losing hope. There should be seeing as there was one for the other two.

Some kind soul posted the whole thing to YouTube!!!! :D :D :D :D

OK, so... some thoughts.

I think I've figured out the continuity.... So, this is not Tink's first summer alive, just her first trip to Fairy Camp. I guess this is something that some fairies do every year, but Tinkers have just been included for the first time this year (well, Tink anyway, with Bobble and Clank to assist her). At least, that was the vibe I got. So I guess it still makes sense.

What happened to the Minister of Summer? She was definitely in the trailer. Her exclusion made me a little sad for some reason.

The moment where Tink's gang comforts Vidia and welcomes them into their group seriously made me tear up. So did the part where Dr. Griffith began to fly with Lizzie. To be honest, I actually didn't see that coming. Loved the clock tower bit, though. Very Peter Pan.

You know what else? I don't know if this was intentional (or if I just noticed this because I'm weird or something), but did anyone pick up just a smidgen of chemistry between Vidia and Tink during the final tea party? Not necessarily from Tink so much, but something about the look on Vidia's face the whole time.... IDK, just food for thought.

New Pixie Preview!

<object width="640" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/XBkvM32LRTg?fs ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/XBkvM32LRTg?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="385"></embed></object>

I think it's interesting how this series of shorts sort of started as one-off jokes and gags.... It's basically evolved into a way to share deleted scenes with the general public in a fully-animated form for the most part. Very interesting.

You know something else? Now that I've had some time to think about it... Has anyone else noticed the progression of Tink's anger-management issues? They're evolving...

First Movie: She's generally pretty happy-go-lucky, but she does turn crimson while confronting Vidia towards the end.

Second Movie: Due to pride in her work and pent-up frustration, she bitches out her best friend, directly confronting him with very angry language: "You brought this stupid thing here!" Her friends generally reference her temper, but just in passing, and only in reference to failed inventions.

Third Movie: Amongst her friends, her anger has become almost her defining trait. Even though we cannot hear the language she uses, it's pretty clear that she has some very, very strong words for Dr. Griffith. She flies directly into his face, gesticulating angrily. This is probably the reddest we have seen her face in the series so far.

Her fuse seems to be getting shorter and shorter, and her explosions wilder as time goes by....

Best pixie preview ever!

And you're quite right! They're so careful with the details!

while we may not have our first trailer for Tinkerbell and the Mysterious Winter Woods yet, it seems that Captian Hook will be making an appearence in it.
