Another thing I'd do is make the Roger Rabbit sequel, but in the classic 2D style of the first movie. I don't know if I brought it up yet or not, but if not, I have now.

-Say no to mo-cap for Roger Rabbit Sequel. Only Live-Action and 2-D Animation hybrid like the first one.
-Complete The Thief and The Cobbler and give it the respect it so deserves including limited theatrical engagement and ultimate DVD/Blu.
-Continue the Walt Disney Treasures line and re-release the Disney animated shorts in new collections with old and new features.
-Release the Mickey Mouse Works shorts on DVD
-New DVD releases of Amazing Animals
-Create a new channel with Disney, WB, Universal, MGM, Classic Media, Columbia, Lionsgate, and Paramount that shows nothing but classic animated shorts 24/7 (shorts won't be edited for time constraint, but will be edited for family-viewing like what we see on TV today).
-Disregard the Playhouse Disney channel
-Make ultimate DVD/Blu releases
-Also continue to make 2-D Animated Movies

I would release all of the classics (both animated and live-action) on Blu-ray and DVD special editions, with archival extras (open the vaults here, and actually use all those things they have in the archives. Many of those things wouldn't see the light of day otherwise) and new retrospective material. I would put actual long and informative documentaries on the discs (not that PR fluff stuff they put on there these days) and audio commentaries by animation experts, or other experts for the live-action movies, and people who worked on those movies. Have the movies meticulously restored, with the grain intact, to what they looked like when they just came out. Also, I would make sure the logos were correct, and every movie was released uncut. Furthermore, I would use the original poster art for the covers.
I would release the shorts by chronological sets, not by character. That way, you could see the progression the studio made with each short. These would also be restored, and be released both on BD and DVD.
The television series that actually survive, and were shot on film would get the same treatment as the above two.
In short, I'd like to do even better than Disney did with most Laserdiscs. Kids will want the movies anyway, and the collectors will certainly buy them. A win/win situation, if you ask me.

I'd also release complete soundtrack albums. Not with a recent pop star destroying a song, but with all the original songs and original score (if either of those apply).. Maybe open the vault and put demos, and other outtakes on the discs as well. Too often the score on the musicals is regarded as the redheaded step child, and a lot of fans want the score to be released completely.

Oh, and if I'm CEO anyway, I'd make Joe Quesada (hoed honcho at Marvel) change Amazing Spider-Man the way it was. It hasn't really been improved.

The rest of the company can stay the way it is. If it puts in enough money to make sure the classics get released the way they deserve, it's fine by me.

- I would fire (yes, fire!) every Smiley McTween Star for Disney.
- I will make a seperate "Disney Rulez" Channel for the Disney Channel lovers, that way, it won't interfere with the Disney we once knew and loved.
- Not only will I release Disney's Halloween Treat, A Disney Halloween, A Disney Christmas Gift, Jimminy Cricket's Christmas, A Disney Channel Christmas, A Walt Disney Christmas, and Song of the South; I will make it doubly sure each one gets a 2 Disk Special Edition that is packed with Bonus Features, along with a note of apology for not releasing these sooner.
- I will make sure that ALL of the Disney movies from 1937 to 1999 get a Blu-Ray release.
- I will make up a Disney Classics Channel , which will play nothing but Disney Movies (the earlier ones will have an introduction from Walt Disney and original introductions by Eisner from the Magical World of Disney), Disneyland, and Disney Cartoons 20 hours a day (-4 for Paid Programming) seven days a week!
- I will make new ideas for traditional hand drawn animation and live action from the classic fairy tales (such as a live action Hansel and Gretel, The Emperor's New Clothes starring Donald Duck and Chip 'n Dale, and Princess Marguerite, a new hand drawn version of The Princess Who Had Never Laughed, and I will ressurect The Snow Queen, which I was actually looking forward to!)
- The Live Action features from the 60's-70's will be reperesented at the Disney parks!
- I will bring back The Magical World of Disney for ABC in all its glory!
- I will not let copyright get into the way if people want to post Disney videos on YouTube.
- UtimateDisney posters will get 5% of Disney's income every 3 years!

The most recent episode of "Suite Life On Deck" involved a scene with Mr. Moseby's private lounge being flooded and him threatening not only to expel the culprit from the school, but also to throw said culprit off the ship. They need to seriously do something like that. They could have an episode of the ship sinking like the Titanic and that's that. And once that episode ends, the show gets yanked and everyone else gets canned and that clear up space to use otherwise.

Similar episodes would occur for "Hannah Montana" and maybe "Wizards of Waverly Place" and their spots, too, get preempted by old Disney shows.

Most of all, I would make absolutely sure that profits are not (that means "are NOT") front and center of this company. And I would also make sure that this company does not ACT all corporate, as it is notorious for doing. Finally, I would actually spend money on doing things, sometimes a bit recklessly. But then the Board of Directors and the stockholders would become mortal enemies of the company...

Basically, this CEO would be an anti-Eisner! Everything that Michael Eisner was, I would NOT be!

How about continue the Treaures line, but don't make them as limited and re-release ones that are out of print or hard to find.


the only shows I really like on Disney are Sonny with a Chance, Good Luck Charlie and Phineas and Ferb. I watch Suite life on Deck when BORED (same with Wizards). And I am sure a few of you know how I feel about Hannah Montana (I can't stand that show and am glad its ENDING FOR GOOD! )

I would basically (re-)restructure everything about Disney, so that profits exist only for survival, not for survival to exist only for profits. Basically, the company would be structured to the old adage: "Eat to live, don't live to eat".
