Date Night - Question to owners of the DVD/Blu-ray combo

I purchased the Target Exclusive Blu-ray / DVD Combo Pack for Date Night, and the DVD skips in the exact same position on the Extended Version. Fox released this one on another of those cheap flipper discs, so I'm wondering if everyone's having that problem, or did my store just hire some crappy stock boys who can't handle electronics well? I've replaced it twice now, I'm hoping the third time's the charm....
