Well, it's been awhile since I've been there, and I'm at WDW regularly, but based on memory (and the similarity with their MK counterparts), here goes.
I find it nearly impossible to compare thrill rides with atmosphere rides so I will make two categories. I am also listing 2 favorite attractions no longer operating at DL, as I did get to experience them. My MK list is nearly identical, other than that it's missing some of the attractions that are exclusive to DL. The rankings are not "set in stone" but it's a pretty good idea of my tastes:
AESTHETICS/STORY/CHARM CATEGORY
1a) It's A Small World
1b) Splash Mountain
3) Country Bear Jamboree (no longer at Disneyland)
4) Many Adventures Of Winnie-the-Pooh *
5) Pinocchio's Daring Journey
6) Peter Pan's Flight
7) The Enchanted Tiki Room
8 ) America Sings (no longer at Disneyland, or anywhere)
9) Alice In Wonderland
10) Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage **
11) Snow White's Adventures
12) Mr. Toad's Wild Ride
13) Casey Jr. Circus Train
14) Storybook Land Canal Boats
15) Dumbo, the Flying Elephant
16) King Arthur Carousel
17) Mad Tea Party
18 ) Mickey's Toontown walk-throughs (Mickey's House, Minnie's House, etc.)

* I have not ridden Pooh at DL; my ranking is based on the WDW version and video footage of the entire DL version
** I have not ridden the Nemo version at DL. My ranking is based on a combination of the original Submarine Voyage, the Nemo dark ride at Epcot which has similar dialogue and story, and video footage of the entire current ride at DL.
