If you have a Michaels nearby I would check them out. They have a lot of different frame sizes, and the prices are fairly reasonable.

Check slickdeals.net for coupons.
Also, usually if you buy something, a coupon is printed along with your receipt separately to use next time. I would buy something for really cheap, or it doesn't matter the price, to try and get a coupon. They range from 30%-50%.

Also check your Sunday paper's ads. Last Sunday they had poster frames on sale for $9.99, and then had a coupon for an additional 25% off.

I would say Wal-Mart. That's probably going to have the best prices. It's where I go for most things.
