No, it isn't. Here's what I mean: In the films, frost talents wear very pale blue, and tend to have white hair. They do not associate with the other talents much. Why whould Periwinkle be a brunette, dressed as a Tinker, and hanging out with a bunch of other Tinkers?

Definitely. If you want an example of a storyteller-talent from the movies, look at Lyria. Storytellers tell stories. Tinkers invent, build, and repair. Way different talents.

Well, I don't think it actually
is Tabby, I thought it was just sort of a reference to the game, because she is absoutely identical. But in the MMORPG, the Talent-based color code is nowhere near as strict. Yes, generally animal talents wear orange, tinkers wear green, garden talents wear pink/red, etc. etc, but it really doesn't matter as much. So it is perfectly acceptable for Tabby in the game to be wearing green. This fairy is most likely just an extra, nameless, background Tinker, designed to look like Tabby as an easter egg for people who play the game.

I'm sure it's a coincidence. I don't think that that series would have anything to do with the Disney Fairies film series.
