TS3 was actually the movie I was talking about in my last post, when I praised how quickly my points were added despite the recent complaints on this board about that very thing (these are the first ticket stubs I've submitted under the new system).

So for me it was two business days -- uploaded photos Saturday night, received Tuesday sometime.

I posted my ticket stubs on Saturday (June 19th) and the points were in the account on Tuesday. So 2 business days, same as cityguy.

This is my first time posting although I've been lurking for a long time. I doubt anyone knows, but does anyone know of any upcoming double points days? It's been awhile and I've been saving up.

I move to Orlando and miss new stuff going up. First, this months 5 point code is no longer a code. It just list now so you can only clicked the link for the 5 points. This sucks for people not getting the DMR e-mails. Be sure to check your e-mail by 7/31 for this months bonus points.

Second, here are the new prizes up since I last posted (Remember the last 2 come with DMR point codes)

Disney Romance Collection 8"x10" Photo Frame - 2100 points (limit 1 per member0
"The Mad Hatter" Backwards Wall Clock - 1550 points (DMR Exclusive, limit 1 per member)
Disney Romance Collection Jewelry Lidded Box - 1100 points (Limit 1 per member)
"Jump In! Freestyle Edition" DVD - 800 points (Limit 1 per member)
"That's So Suite Life Of Hannah Montana" DVD - 800 points (Limit 1 per member)

Finally, I am in the process of updating the status of every item on DMR again. Expect quantity status updates for items as they happen daily again starting middle of next week.

The Toy Story 3 points posted to my account a couple days ago. Thank you all who replied! I was glad to know that I was not the only one who was experiencing that.

Try L8N5VG3F6C. Even though they don't explicitly provide you the code (same thing they've done before, on and off), clicking the link seems to pre-enter the same code for everyone (as shown in the error message if you click the link a second time).

^The link does work on multiple accounts from the same e-mail. Problem is they no longer list it in the past codes area. They just like to make people's lives a little harder

My b-day is coming up in less than two weeks. Since they no longer have the Blu-Ray offer, I wonder what they will send. I'm peeved at that since I was hoping to get Meet the Robinsons Blu this year.

I think they send you points now, like 125 or something like that.

I actually got Meet The Robinsons on DVD already so I'm ok. Thru the b-day offer last year I got National Treasure. Only 125 points for b-days now? Rats :( . Last year I got the Blu and 125 points. 8) Well, we'll see what they send out next week.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but you only get 100 points on your birthday, not 125. :(
15 gallon 7 pint blood donor as of 1-4-11. Done donating. Apparently having Cancer makes you kind of ineligible to donate.

I never claimed my free Birthday Blu-Ray from DMR, mostly because they had a lousy selection. They had titles that I either already had (Such as National Treasure) or did not want (such as HSM2).

I resubmitted my TS3 ticket stubs (was told in an e-mail to cross out the old submission number with a single line, and then write the new number somewhere on the ticket), and got redirected to the Missing Codes page again. Fingers crossed they actually receive them this time. My ticket stubs are running out of space to write more numbers.

Oh, and about the Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue digital storybook: it crashed, so I deleted it. I'm not too desperate to know the story though, so it'll be ok.

Is there a number I can call to get help?

I've emailed them 6 times and just get the same automated message, telling me to re-submit my tickets, every time. The problem is, when I go to resubmit my tickets, I get this message:

You already claimed 4 tickets. Sorry, but for security reasons we can only accept 4 tickets per title per customer.

Anyone have a clue what I should do? So far, I absolutely HATE these A*Holes at Disney Movie Rewards. I spent a butt-load of money to see Toy Story 3 and now they refuse me some meager points that aren't enough to get me a paperclip. I've now spent nearly 2 months of my life trying to redeem these Toy Story 3 points but they just don't care.

Worst customer service EVER!!!!

EDIT: Found a number, talked to a girl with a cute voice who got everything fixed up in seconds. Definitely calling first next time.
