Finding Nemo Blu-ray?

Post by tlc38tlc38 »

The Blu-ray section on this site says that Finding Nemo is being released on November 2, 2010. Is this true?

Aw I was hoping The Incredibles (which, in my opinion, is much much better than Find Nemo lol) would be coming out the same time as Toy Story 3 too.

Oh well, maybe we'll have to wait for Cars 2 to be released on Blu-ray for The Incredibles?
But the thing that makes Woody special, is he'll never give up on you... ever. He'll be there for you, no matter what.

They released A Bug's Life on Blu-ray before Up went to theaters last year and released Monsters Inc on Blu when Up released on Blu.

I'm sure they'll release The Incredibles in the spring before Cars 2 hits theaters.

Very true, very true. Hopefully that'll be the case with The Incredibles too.

Gee, once all the Pixar films are on Blu Ray, all they will have left with that line is re-releasing them on Blu! And you know they will!

I was also kind of hoping The Incredibles (which I like more than Finding Nemo) would get a Blu-Ray release this year. I will still buy Finding Nemo if it does get released this fall though.

No they won't re-release them in blu-ray, they'll start re-releasing them in 3D!

TS3 will be out the same day on blu-ray, DVD, 3D, and combos I think.

Ratatouille and Cars were both released on Blu-ray in 2007. So we may see re-releases of them in 2011 (with Cars 2) or 2012 (with Brave and Monsters, Inc. 2.)

We can look forward to Pixar Short Films Collection, Vol. 2 and maybe a Blu-ray release of the Cars Toons.

Toy Story 1-3 and UP will get 3D releases, no doubt. Plus whatever other 3D re-releases they do. (Perhaps Monsters, Inc. a few months before MI2.)

They will definitely come up with ways to keep their releases coming. :)

If only Disney would follow suit... I don't see why they aren't taking advantage of releasing a smaller title along with Beauty and the Beast in October. It would be a perfect time to release Alice or Black Cauldron or Great Mouse Detective on Blu. They have the masters, they just need to put it out.

Didn't Cars get a re-release already?

It was re-released on a Blu/DVD combo pack with a set of toy cars.

Well it got repackaged with some toy cars... but that's not really a re-release.

Also that release did include a dvd copy of Cars...like the Bluray/DVD Combo which the first release of cars was just the Blu ray but they were the same dvd and Blu ray put in one package anyway..

What are the new developments regarding this release?

Thing is, I will be dissappointed if Finding Nemo is released that same day as TS3 cuz then Toys R Us wouldnt be able to do a preorder special with the two movies I want coming out on the same day. But maybe they will provide an alternative special.

Either way I wouldnt mind either Nemo or The Incredibles coming out this year.

Neither are coming this year. Disney has announced everything through November, and December is unlikely. Maybe May 2011!

Best case scenario is that we'll get Nemo and the Incredibles in 2011.
