No sub where (new) members can introduce themselves?

Post by Khonnor »

Most forums have a place where new members (or existing members) can introduce theirselves by answering a bunch of random-like questions.

I couldn't find one on here. Am I just stupid, or does it just not exist?

There is no subforum totally dedicated to introducing/welcoming new members, but we do have a thread where you can introduce yourself- http://www.dvdizzy.com/forum/viewtopic. ... start=1040

And let me be the first to say, welcome to UD! :eye:

I'm sure you'll have a ton of fun here!

Thank you for your answer, gonna head right to that thread and properly introduce myself....:)

Because to not introduce yourself...

it's rude...
and one could wonder my upbringing...;

I have posted 2 times on this board before, but I really want to introduce myself. Hello, I am Matthew Chlebda. I live in Pennsylvania, home of the Great American Hershey's Chocolate and Longwood Gardens! No, I do not live near Longwood Gardens or Hershey Park, but I do live in Huntingdon Valley, which in the Abinton district. The reason why I gave myself the name "avonleastories" (the 95 is from the year I was born, 1995) is because I love to read (somedays, I read for 2 hours!). My favorite books are:
Anne of Green Gables
A Christmas Carol
and Fairy Tale Anthologies
My house is near Lorimer Park, which is a wonderful place to walk and enjoy the Gift of Nature. I think I am going to like it here! Love to All who read this,
Matthew Ian Robert Chlebda :)

Welcome, Matt!

We've got a few PA residents here as well, and I live in NJ. I was actually at Hershey Park a few weeks ago, and at Longwood Gardens last year!

Thank you, Albert! It is really nice to know and talk to you! I hope you enjoyed your time at HersheyPark and at Longwood Gardens. My family and I love to travel to both places! It is really nice to hear that there are a few PA residents here on this board.
