I'm a VIP member, but I don't seem to get these codes like you guys do.

For the last one (Freaky Friday 2003) there was no code, it's likely this could be the same.

I don't think that there is a 3-D cover.

I got my mailer yesterday and I really didn't notice it... yes, there is a promotion for a 3-D/lenticular cover. Perhaps I just overlooked it.
It's more fun when we're number 1!

There is a 3D cover you just ask them when you call and order. No code is needed.
