Tangled

Post by Disney Duster »

Neal, Cinderella was talented. She could sing better than her stepsisters, and to that all the princesses can sing well as well.

But also Cinderella picked her outfit and figured out how to make it look better (the mice made it but were only following her pattern and instructions), as well as made clothes for the animals. She was artistic in a fashion sense.

And Snow White could cook. Cinderella probably as well but we didn't see it.

All of the princesses can sing, so yes that's a talent but not a stand-out one.

I mean something intended to stand out.

I always thought that WAS their stand-out talents, specifically Aurora and Ariel. In Aurora's case her singing was a gift from the three good fairies, and in TLM they make a point of saying Ariel's has the lovliest voice under the sea (or something to that effect).

She had to. you really can't see the stepmother or stepsisters cooking for themselves, especially when they has some "maid" to do it for them.

I think it's a necessary prerequisite for Disney characters to sing. That's how most of them get hired. Well, except for Scuttle, but that part called poorly singing seagull. :P

There's gonna be a first look at Tangled this coming Sunday at 8, during Sonny With A Chance on Disney Channel! I saw the commercial for it during the commercial break when watching Phineas and Ferb a little under half an hour ago.

All I can say is.............

FINALLY!!!! :D

I don't know if I'm technologically in a position to upload that preview. Haha. I would try, but it'd probably be blue-tinted with a black streak running across with about five seconds cut off. ;) (I wish DVD recording was as easy as VHS recording was. D:) Maybe somebody more experienced in this can try?

Trust me, I don't care. I'd settle for anything at this point! Just give it your best shot! The effort alone will be enough to be eternally gratefull to you! I'm trying to find and online stream of the Disney Channel at the moment, but no luck yet... :(

I'm on the West Coast and it's still three. Hopefully, that'll be the same time I see it. :)

robster16, I could probably record it and upload it somewhere. :) I could probably hog the plasma in my living room until then, so it wouldn't have that black streak when I record it. Haha.

Edit: Sorry. It didn't end up showing at that time for me. I tried for another hour or so and nothing. D: It'll probably show up on YouTube before Sunday. :)
