Well I just watched The Wizard of Oz Blu-ray, thanks to my library, and I'm a little disappointed in the PQ. The grain was fine and the detail was stunning at times but it didn't feel as 'restored' as I thought it would be. The majority of the scenes seem to have a light flicker going on in the background and there was rare instances of print damages still visible. I didn't expect it to look as good as Casablanca does, as Casablanca is a newer movie and used a better film stock, but I did expect it to look better than it does (considering the The Wizard of Oz restoration is brand new and the Casablanca restoration is an older one they used on the DVD). It's not bad presentation by any means, fairly nice detail but not as 'clean' as I expected.
Anyways, it's weird but I didn't like The Wizard of Oz as much this time (for Casablanca, my enjoyment increases with each subsequent viewing). I actually haven't seen it in about a year but I felt burnt out for some reason. Still a classic though.
