I had a so called alter ego when I was when I was in the 2nd to 4th grade...I use to call myself...Michael Power, a superhero of kindness..who uses the power of being nice to defeat bad guys or rudeness around the world....Michael Power......I've not thought of that for the longest time......

I've never read Angels and Demons, but I did very much enjoy The DaVinci Code. But I've loved anagrams before then, and all kinds of codes really.

Yay, I'm so glad that you had the confidence to speak with her, Michael! And you mentioned not rushing things- that's a great attitude to have, actually. I'd say that to start off, just have more small conversations with her like the one you had at Walmart, and then if you both start feeling even more comfortable around each other, you could ask if she wants to grab coffee (or ice cream, or lunch, etc.). You're on the right track!

People worry too much about the 99 who say no, as opposed to the 1 who might say yes...

It's a motto I invariably fail to follow either, but it's a good one to have in mind. My problem generally though is ending up being attracted to someone and then finding out she isn't single... seems to happen all the time...

Okay I saw her again today....and she got a haircut and her hair dyed brown mixed with blonde.....so I didn't recogonize her until I was the next person line for the checkout lane that she happened to be working in...I didn't recogonize her at first....but then when she said Hi Michael I think I was taken back by the beauty of her haircut and her color change of her hair....and when the total came up that I was buying around $13 I gave her two 20 dollar bills.....oops....I felt a little embarassed.......idk where my mind was thinking.....anyway oops....but I was startled and a little embarased for giving her $40 for a $13 purchase that I forgot to comment on her haircut....on how it looked good.....

So I made my goof...but yet I don't think it's something worth giving up on because I was....im not sure what word Im looking for....

Don't be worried about it! If you want to comment on her hair, just remember to do it next time. And as for goofing up, that won't hurt you in her opinion, I'm sure. She really does seem to like you!

I asked her to eat at Subway somtime (without studdering or it coming out all jumbled in words) and she said yes that would be very good...and she has my number she said and will call me...

When you're on the phone with a friend, and your wife asks you numerous times to put that person on hold for a second to help with something, a good husband would do so, right?

Because mine didn't. That's just another strike against him. Sally was going to roll in the dead animal in the yard. I was holding her back. Dead animals freak me the bleep out, and I was holding her back...he needed to move it.

Being shy about asking people out must be an Apsie thing. I am like that too...but I would throw away my shyness and forget it than going through another near death stop breathing experience...I use to think being shy and asking a girl to eat sometime was the hardest thing to do in life even after I asked her....but thats a slice of cake compared to passing out and going through a near death experience....

Also I guess I should update on my life of relationship thread....I asked her and she hasn't called me yet... I mean I see her sometimes working at wal-mart and is nice still...but im not sure asking her if she's gonna call or if she likes me in a way more than friends is a good idea and I think I should be patient........but Im not so sure I should do that rush in there and ask..I'd rather get to know her first or know if she would like to just eat as friends...because i want to be her friend even if she doesn't like me in the way I may have thought if she doesn't mind having me for a friend......the last thing I want to do is rush things and then overwhelm her....and then crash.....and maybe we will just be friends..which is okay too....im just wondering if it would be impolite to ask her if she misplaced my number or something....because I don't want to be impolite....

I think you have a great attitude about even just being friends with the girl. In my opinion, you don't want to bother her about it; she knows that you gave her your number, so if she lost it and wants it, surely she's ask for it again (unless she's really shy or something)...so I'd say just enjoy seeing her and talkiing with her, and see if it progresses from there. Maybe in a while (Idk how long "a while" would be), you could ask her again if she'd like to hang out some time.

Well...nothing has furthered about the girl at Wal-Mart....but alas God works in ways you never expected.....I have a Girfriend am in love with her....she Likes Classic Disney, WWE, the history of the ship Titanic and has Asperger Syndrome oh she's perfect I love her...I love my sweetheart...can't wait to see her tomorrow

I have my sister to thank for introducing us although im not sure she expected this result when she introduced her to me...
