To ensure the authenticity of the potential actresses' breasts, casting agents will make them undergo jiggling and jogging tests and will turn away those with "nothing moving from the waist up".
Is this even Disney anymore??? honestly....what's next....Winnie the Pooh will be called Pooh Pooh and Natioanl Treausre 3 will have real down to earth politicians who make more sense than any poltician i've heard in the past decade
this "no silicones" casting call is nothing special. It's quite common among high profile tent-pole movies meant for a broad audience. Other studios have the same policies. It's just never leaked before.
Imagine students with implants roaming the halls at Hogwarts. uh - no.
The remaining FX parts of the film will be shot in normal 2D and then converted to 3D.
Big mistake. The hatred towards Titan's 3-D and lukewarm response to Alice should be enough to convince them to shoot it in 3-D, rather than pulling a conversion.

Alice having a lukewarm response? It made over 700 million worldwide. Clash isn't doing so bad either. It's also not regarded as a good movie generally, so the 3D effect doesn't have anything to do with that.
I'm not talking about the box-office, but rather the reaction to the converted 3-D effects. The general reaction is that Clash's 3-D effects are awful (even the positive reviews are saying that) and Alice's 3-D looked like a pop-up book.

This is true. Most of the people I know didn't enjoy them/found it distracting. A lot just saw the 2D version instead. Compare this to Avatar where most enjoyed the 3D effects.

They still made a lot of money, so probably people didn't think it was that bad.

3D is selling very well right now. I'm sure a lot of people saw the movies that normally wouldn't just because it was in 3D.
One third, no less. Still 200 million, but still considerably lower than the previous two. Weird. Especially seeing how both Dead Man's Chest and At World's End are in the top 10 grossing films worldwide. Plus, they're contractually obligated to pay Johnny Depp, like, 50 million.

the $300 million for At World's End was completely insane to begin with.
