Disney Television Series COUNTDOWN!- Voting

I know a lot of people have wanted to do countdowns. But Luke is probably too busy right know and doing a countdown is a lot of work so I decided to do our own countdown. I didn't want to do a countdown already done because not a lot will be different. But a whole new countdown is possible. In another thread Goliath talked about the possibility of doing a countdown on Disney's Television Series. So that is what we are going to do.

Any show made by Disney is eligible. Even if Disney airs it but it isn't made by Disney it isn't eligible. Shows made by ABC studious or Touchstone Television as it was called before is not eligible. If it is a Disney Channel Original series it is eligible. If it is a short series it isn't eligible. If you have any questions about if the show is eligible please ask me.

To vote,you must rank the shows going from 10-30.

You may either rank them or list them in no order (if there are no numbers, please specify), but ranked lists and longer lists will weigh slightly more. To vote, you may post a reply to this thread or PM me your votes.

Voting will end Friday,April 23 11:59pm Eastern.


Scoring
Points will be assigned as such: Your lowest ranked show will receive 1 point, your next lowest will receive 2 points, and so on from there. That means that if you put together a list of 30 shows then your votes will count more than if you just list 10. Lists with no rankings will simply have the amount of points they would have received through the ranked system evenly divided (and rounded down) for all of their selected shows.

Like are shows such as Disney's Doug or Pepper Anne or god forbid Teacher's Pet...do they qualify? surely Gargoyles is eligible right?

I'm sure that all of those would be counted as they were made by disney toon studios... unless i'm wrong...

anyhow, i'll give it a shot and see if i did it right lol. Mind you, some/most of mine are based on nostalgia and some biases.... so yeah, I think I favor a lot more of the older stuff.

Yes they are eligible. Anything made by a branch of Disney like Playhouse Disney ,Jetix, or Disney XD is eligible. All branches but ABC since ABC is only owned by Disney and considering they are responsible for The Golden Girls,Boy Meets World,Lost and countless other shows that Disney had no part in making that are very popular the countdown would be flooded by things shown on ABC.

Very old programs are also eligible such as Zorro and the Walt Disney Anthology series. Shows made by Disney-ABC Domestic Television such as Siskel and Ebert and Who Wants To Be a Millionaire aren't eligible.

Also when you rank them please rank them like you would rank something regularly. Some people tried to rank them with no.1 having 1 point and some had no.1 have all 30 so rank them like this

and if you want to go to thirty you can or you can go to any number between 10 and 30. Also if you rank one that isn't eligible then that one won't count and everything else will

I gave The Wuzzles as a starting point, excluding all previous tv series.

Of course you're free to continue with this countdown, but it just isn't "Goliath's idea" anymore, then.
