My parents and I are going to Florida in three days, and we're still undecided on whether or not we want to go to Disney World while we're there. (We'll be there for a week.)
What new additions have been added since around July '09?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Off the top of my head:
• The Hall of Presidents has been completely redone... essentially an all-new attraction now (depending on when you were there, you may or may not have already seen this)
• Space Mountain and the Tomorrowland Transit Authority have received some notable, though relatively minor, changes
• A very brief Muppets pre-parade is running in front of the Celebrate a Dream Come True parade now
• There are a few new things in Downtown Disney, but nothing major
But no matter what, you should definitely go to WDW!

Yes, it's always a good idea to go to WDW when in Florida!
I can't think of anything new that Aaron hasn't already mentioned other than a new design and ride your own coaster-type attraction in Innoventions at Epcot (called "The Sum Of All Thrills").
More important than new stuff, though, IMO, is what's about to leave. This could be your last chance to see Toontown Fair at the MK and the original version of Star Tours at Hollywood Studios, which will both be closing soon to make way for the new Fantasyland and Star Tours 2, respectively.
Star Tours version one is expected to be closing at the end of summer, and no date has been announced yet for Toontown, but it, too, could close sometime in 2010.
Also, Spectromagic is being replaced for the summer by the triumphant return of the Main Street Electrical Parade, and while this is just supposed to be a temporary seasonal change, I've heard a few whispers of speculation that if the change is recieved well, it may last for longer, leaving open the possibility that Spectro could be gone for a bit longer than just the summer, possibly even forever.
EDITED TO ADD - Also, Muppet-Vision is going down for a few weeks starting April 24, and while the show will be the same, I think the pre-show will be new. I'm not 100 percent sure about that, but I seem to recall reading it.
The cartoon theatre in Town Square Exhibition Hall in the MK is expected to close April 2 to make way for the new Mickey and Minnie Meet and Greets.
Also, since you'll be there during the busy Easter season, the now-seasonal Sounds Dangerous may be open. (it was last year, not sure about this year; I'll find out in a few days when I get back there), so this could be a rare chance to experience this attraction IF it's open.
Also, the Flower and Garden Festival is currently taking place at Epcot, so if you've never seen that, that would be a new experience.
LASTLY, the afternoon parade in the MK will have it's usual Easter pre-parade this week featuring none other than the Easter Bunny and Mrs. Easter Bunny! (who will also both be available for meet-and greets next to City Hall up through and including Easter Sunday.

I couldn't even imagine going to Florida and not going to Disney for at least one day....
I can't help you with what's new, but I just wanted to vote for you to try and make it there!
