I don't think they are bad at all. Actually, its not unheard of to see families in there either. I see and hear people take their kids there. As its already been said, its pretty girls in tight shirts and short shorts/skirts. Its nothing you wouldn't see everyday at the mall or beach anyways. And you see a lot more skin at those places.
