I would want that hood crushed. seems punishment enough, with a "My parents are gonna kill me" scenario.

In my experience, if someone curses and yells at you, its generally because YOU did something WRONG to THEM. People don't normally randomly just yell at people. So how about....none of the above? I totally get it you may not have done anything legally wrong and maybe the guy/girl is just having a bad day, but why let them give you a bad day? I had a guy give me the middle finger and cut me off, because I was driving the speed limit and he couldn't pass me. I had someone hit my bumper (not hard, no damage) and ask me what was I doing...I was stopping at a stop sign. A sign that I know NO ONE reads, because I see people float right on past it all the time. Like it doesn't exist. He's one of them. It wasn't worth a fight though, no damage to my car or me, I told him I was following the rules of the road and I needed to get home due to the hurricane coming, and left.
People have been KILLED because they got to have the last word. Its called road rage and too many people have died because of it. Just let the guy/girl vent and keep on driving. Better yet, if possible, mouth the word "sorry" to them.
