If they would release everything they have, unedited, and unexpurgated, then we wouldn't have to worry about copies, would we?

Amen, brother. While I believe that piracy is wrong, and is illegal for a reason.... I think that buying bootleg copies of films made unavailable by the real owners should be considered civil disobedience!
Would I buy a bootleg copy of any of the DACs? No, never.
Would I buy a bootleg copy of SotS? I probably will do just that if they don't hurry up and announce a legitimate version pronto.

I don't support Piracy either at all....although I will admit I caved and bought a bootleg of Song of the South and it has even decent features....however if Disney ever decides to release it I'll be getting it through the official source.....but I bought the current one I have over a year ago....and Also I did buy a bootleg of We're back: A Dinosaur's Story a few years back only to find out the following week it was going to be released but I bought the official dvd when it came out.....which as well as the Jetsons Movie....but I bought the offical one once it came out....Now would I pay $20 for say Toy Story 3 in June a bootleg of Toy Story 3? No I would not.....nor for any of their films that are in theaters....I wil not buy a bootleg of a movie that is in theaters and no I have to say I wouoldn't buy a Bootleg of DAC or like The Lion King...I do however buy used dvds at rental stores......but the Disney Movies are the ones I buy in stores unless it totally crap then I'll wait for Family Video to have a sale....

I also think it would be very benificial for Disney to set something like the Warner Archive DVD or like the nicktoons on Amazon such as Doug and Rugrats....Honestly If Disney would come out with something like that....I would be interested in it today and hope they might come out with something like that.....because that's how the rest of the Disney Afternoon Cartoons coud be released...such as Gargoyles Season 2 Volume 2 or the final DUcktales and all of that......and even titles such as Song of the South
