For those who got the VDT: Your Host, Walt Disney DVD, it does have a tin case, right?
Would anyone mind taking a picture, please?

Thanks so much! :)

^I'm wondering if it will come out after the "I Heart DMR" deal this week. Seems like it would be a perfect time around Thursday.

Got my Your Host, Walt Disney today. Couple of miniscule dings in the tin corners which are barely visible. Can't believe it was only 800 points.
15 gallon 7 pint blood donor as of 1-4-11. Done donating. Apparently having Cancer makes you kind of ineligible to donate.

I already have this or I'd pick it up but for anyone that doesn't and has 800 points available this comes highly recommended. A great addition to any Disney DVD collection.

Now if only I could find something worth spending my 2,700 points on. I haven't seen anything of great interest since I picked up that truly awesome A Musical History of Walt Disneyland 6-disc collection about 1 1/2 years ago. I picked up Zorro season one as well but sold that when the Treasures came out.

I wonder if there is a chance they'll make Walt Disney and the 1964 World's Fair available on here. That would be an instant redemption from me.

^Not sure but there are some new items. The biggest new item being a signed poster and cd from the Little Mermaid Broadway show at 9100 points. Also, the featured rewards part on the main page is blank. This could be a good sign of new rewards coming.

It seems to be a mystery still.

Today there is a sweepstakes entry for a TV/Blu-Ray player and there are five boxes on the bottom with little information. There is also double points when you refer someone to the program and they sign up.

2/23 - We Love Surprises & We Love Lower Points
3/9 - We Love Special Offers, We Love Giving, and We Love Bonus Points

Assuming We Love Lower Points will be a day where point totals are lowered allowing people to get nicer items cheaper and We Love Bonus Points could be a day like those we had in December. Speculate as to what's up with the rest or even the two I touched on.

Bonus points could be bonus for Codes OR it could refer to the bonus points for referring people to the reward program.
Disney Channel died when they stopped airing movies with Haley mills (Parent Trap and Pollyanna) and fun adventure movies like Swiss Family Robinson. R.I.P. the REAL Disney Channel. Date of Death: When the shows became teenie bopperish.

Entered myself into the contest. I already have a 56'' TV in my living room, but I'd take the 40'' for either my room or as a gift for my sister when she leaves, and of course, a Blu-Ray player would be nice. This is only hypothetically speaking if I win, of course.

Besides that, finally got "Your Host, Walt Disney" today, and I'm a little disappointed in how it turned out. There are a few minor dents, which is no major problem for me, but there's a scratch next to the title on it, and the sticky stuff on the set's folds left remains on the thing, making it easy to stick on anything. I'd ask for another set but I know that quantites are especially limited on this reward so I guess I'll try to keep it.

Besides that, what number is everyone else's set that ordered it from DMR? Mine is 13,589.

Redeemed for the Oswald pin. There is not enough Oswald merchandise. :)

Redeemed for Oswald, Goofy & Pluto pins. Gotta keep the set going with Mickey, Donald & Minnie D23's. Wish Gnome Mobile was WS but I'll pass. If I really wanted it Amazon has it for $13. No need to waste valuable points on it.

To anyone who's been an older DMR member, were the point reductions massive or minuscule? Like, maybe it would only drop 50 points is my guess.

Far better than that, if you're talking about rewards being discounted (if that's what the Feb 23 event is). The last points reduction event was the 2nd anniversary of DMR in Sept-Oct 2008. At the time I scraped together enough points to pick up the Chef Louis statue, which was 30% off (2,170 points). Otherwise I might have waited a bit longer to get Mr Incredible, which was 25% off (2,325 points). I recall Chicken Little was under 2,000 points, so maybe 40% off?

I was hoping they'd reduce everything again last fall for the 3rd anniversary, but we got the Double Points Days instead. Not as good, obviously!

I just redeemed the Oswald pin. I had 1230 points, and I was tempted to get Goofy and Pluto instead.... but there just isn't enough Oswald merch out there. Now I only had half the points I have now..... And I was sorta hoping to save up for a WDCC figurine or something. Oh well, pins are very important to me. But I sure wish I could afford Pluto and Goofy.

I just redeemed for the Treasure set of Your Host Walt Disney. I was very surprised that it was only 800 points. Would have expected it to be a lot more.

I was originally saving for something else but I couldn't pass this up. If I had, know my luck, it would have been gone by the time I got 800 points again.
