For REAL... I've gotta say I'm a little taken aback.
Well, all the princesses have hung around for a long time.

To me it is the weakest Princess movie. I very much considered going Lady and the Tramp though.

I'm a little surprised that Peter Pan isn't getting more votes this round. I love the story, and the songs are good, but the movie itself has a lot of downtime, and it's definitely not the best telling of this story. That's just my opinion, though.

Well, maybe, maybe not. Only time will tell for sure. You never know how Disney will change their mind b/w now and then, or what plans will finally be drafter for Fantasia. And even if it is added to the platinum line in their mind, will it be called Platinum? Who knows. For now, I'm only considering the original 10 as official platinums.

THE JUNGLE BOOK

Yes, it was the movie that saved the Disney Feature Animation department. Yes, it has great characters and songs but, unfortunetaly, it isn't very memorable.

I take that to be a sign that we are down to some very good movies. It was easy to get a consensus to vote of something like MelodyTime. With these remaining movies, however, we are going to have some very big fans of each one fighting for their favorites.

PS -- to anyone who voted for Lady and the Tramp

You're exactly right, Jim. It's rounds like this that make this game so much fun. :)
