This was really sad news when I heard about it. First Jennifer Jones and now Ms Simmons. She was such a lovely, talented actress. I wish Criterion would get their act together and release "So Long at the Fair" (one of her all-time best movie performances) on DVD. :)

I loved Ms Simmons in The Robe, Guys & Dolls & The Thorn Birds...RIP!
