As many of you would already know, Sony has completely lost interest in releasing the rest of this sitcom, so Shout! Factory has kindly stepped into the breach and will continue to issue Season Four-onward on DVD.
The 4th season set will also include the movie-length special "The Facts of Life Goes to Paris". Great news for fans of Blair, Tootie, Jo, Natalie and the gang at Eastland!
I only have the third season on DVD, but need to get the first/second season set as well.
I hope Shout Factory includes some special features too! There was an excellent A&E Biography episode done for it about six years ago that I wouldn't mind seeing again.

I've got the opposite problem to you, Scaps. Currently missing Season 3, which I've been hoping to pick up for a reasonable price. Might get one off Ebay soon. I'd love to see the A&E biography special, as well as the most recent reunion movie (sadly sans Nancy McKeon) but still a must-own for "Facts" fans.
Even though I never watched this show, I have to give Shout! Factory a major hand. With any luck, Sony will also let them keep going with The Nanny and maybe a couple other shows they've screwed up. Let's hope you guys get the full original broadcasts and not the damn syndicated shortened versions like Lions Gate did to Will & Grace (I could kill them- the syndicated version of "Cheaters" is actually longer than the DVD version, the shortened syndicated version plays longer!).
