Disney and Marvel Dealings

As many of you [probably all of you] already know The Walt Disney Co. recently purchased Marvel Comics. While the deal was being finalized the company also bought a controlling stake in Stan Lee's company POW! [Purveyers of Wonder]. Disney now has a 10% equity stake in the company [for $2.5M] which gives Disney an expanded first-look status at any POW! projects and "enhanced rights to the creative output of POW!", which seems to be a very general way of saying that they now have control of any future projects. This also means that they are expanding their previous deal with POW! [which had previously produced such projects as "Time Jumper"]. So, are you looking forward to future Disney/Marvel/POW! projects?
