Hey, I heard from someone that you can earn bonus DMR points by playing games on Disney BD-Live. Is that true?

Anybody who contacted DMR about the "WISHES" code heard anything about why it didn't work? I used the contact us form and haven't heard anything.

This the second time I've used the "contact us" from DMR and haven't received a reply at all.

I've used it a few times sometimes I don't get a reply. Sometimes I get automated responses that don't even answer my question(s). I guess the best thing to do is call them if you want a response.

Called about not getting a shipping notice for the P&TF poster after 9 days and csr was VERY nice and said that it is just a holiday delay and should ship out in the next few days. I can't wait for it to arrive (hope it gets here in good shape). Going to get it really nicely framed & Matted as a prime piece of autographed Disney memorabilia. :D

DMR is pretty horrible about replying. I emailed them asking questions about the birthday blu-ray promotion (when it starts and when it will end) and all they did was send me an email apologizing and giving me a code for five points. However, there was no code in the email. I emailed again saying this and they never responded. This was about two months ago.

Haven't gotten a response yet. but with the holidays still on, I think it will take more than 3 business days.

Yeah, I e-mailed them about three times trying to resolve my issue with getting my Princess and the Frog Soundtrack points, and I finally received an e-mail today that offered no help or alternative, just basically said to try again. Perhaps I'll try calling.

I called a few weeks ago about something else, but will be calling tomorrow about the wishes code.

As amazing as that is, i am still holding out hope for Toy Story 3 stuff. Come one signed Toy Story 3 poster.

They added a bunch of new stuff. So far there arenew DVD's, that statue, a Winnie the Pooh statue, some Vinylmation figures & a bunch of Disney Romance line of stuff.

Got my shipping notice late last night for the P&TF signed poster. Usually takes 4 days for UPS ground to get here from Neenah, Wi. so it should be here next Tuesday (not counting the 3 day holiday weekend). Yippee!!! I'm not impressed with the new items on DMR. The Sorcerer's Apprentice is a $75 item not worth 2,900 points. I'm with pvdfan hoping that down the line they'll add some good TS3 stuff (especially a signed poster which I'd bet would go for more than 3,500 points).

In addition to TS3, I really hope to see some Miyazaki related stuff when Ponyo and the other three films come out on DVD.

How long does it usually take to get movie points credited after mailing in ticket stubs? Thanks!

The website says to allow 2-3 weeks but I've had a couple take longer and some post in a single week. It all depends on how busy they are (& with 3 movies in theaters; P&TF, Christmas Carol & Old Dogs + the holidays probably closer to the maximum).

Good Luck,
got mine today had some tears in it. They don't know how to pack,
you would think they would at least put the poster in plastic..

You aren't the first person I've heard got a poster with tears. I sure hope mine gets here in good shape. You really would think that something this valuable (with all of those hard to get autographs) that they'd be a whole lot more careful in packing. Well, I had to return a Poppins sculpture because of damage so maybe I'm due for something to get here in good shape.
