Nice picture, ew! :)

I don't have much time to now, but thought I would post a more recent one here from my trip. I stopped by and visited Aurora over at World of Disney on Wednesday.

Sorry for the post, but just wanted to come on here and express my squeeling happiness. Two days before, I was browsing around the World of Disney store at WDW, when all of a sudden I was completely stunned to see something I thought I would never see...a shirt with Prince Phillip on it! I was in geek heaven and wore it all day yesterday to Magic Kingdom. And the saying is just too adorable.

That is indeed an awesome find! Very rarely do we see the Princes (or any other rare character) on merchandise. You must take care of it!

No, just grabbing the hem on her dress. It's pretty much that or lean on her arm. :p

Besides I would never touch Aurora in that manner. Phillip on the other hand...

That's such an awesome T-shirt, Tim! I'm so impressed that Disney even bothered making it!

Same here. Which is why I nabbed two of them and will now forever treasure them.

Thought I would resurrect this thread. I know I'm probably getting to be a bit of a photo whore though. :p Two snapshots I took today of myself for my acting project. I'm putting together a resume and needed two headshots for the project. I'm trying a little something different too with my hair and wearing a headband now and then.

Those are really nice pictures, Tim! The first one is a bit Myspacey, IMO, but the 2nd definitely makes for a professional-looking headshot! And what's your acting project...if you're able to say!?!?

Yeah, the first one is a bit too myspacey lol. I'll have to go back and take another one.

Our project is like an introduction of ourselves to the class and our acting experience. We have to write an essay stating what we think are our main positive and negative personality traits, and identify which ones we think those that inspire us wanting to act and perform. We also have to compile a resume of everything that we have done performance related wise since elementary school. This includes all of my theatre/ performing experience, any summer stock, drama classes, panel discussions or speeches for different functions (like me being on those GLBT panels for the sociology functions at my school), voice over work, and musical performances including band or choir (I have 7 years worth of choir, chamber vocal ensemble, and concert, jazz, and marching band performances for this :p).

Thanks, Margos! It's taking me a while and my list almost already fills up a whole page. :p

I didn't really either until I had to put them all down on paper now lol. I have the Head Guard of Oz in The Wizard of Oz, FDR in Annie, an ensemble member in Music Man, MacDuff in MacBeth for our drama class performance, and lecturer and historian on Greek Gods, Ancient Greek Society, Disney's Haunted Mansion, and Disney and the Media from 1959 to 1983 for various high school panel discussions. Not to mention my seven years as a saxophonist, two years as a baritone singer in vocal ensembles, voice actor for numerous communication and video high school projects, model for a friend's art project, and a poetry speaker. I didn't realize I had such a long resume of performance :p

Tim, as a person who knows an ungodly amount of people with headshots and people who would look at these headshots, let me say don't do it yourself. Just have a friend take a photo. It looks really unprofessional to do a self-photo for something that you want people to take seriously.

Thanks for the tips, Brenders! The second was actually taken by a friend, but yeah the first one came out poorly. I need to redo it :p
