Fox's O'reilly vs NBC's Crime Show SVU Wolf Producer

Post by disneyboy20022 »

I don't know how many of you watch law and order but I have gotten into it with my dad just watching it lately....well his favorite is SVU....and If you watched this past wednesday you may have noticed it mentioned a few names that If I got my news from them I would be thinking the National Enquirer was the most accurate magazine of all time and Time Magazine was as real as the reality of a Friday the 13th movie scene happening in real life.....(O'Reilly, Limbaugh, Beck who were mentioned on Law and Order SVU)

Well here's the article and it has a clip of the O'Reilly going nuts about the said Law and Order Episode....and it has a clip of the scene he is mad at Dick Wolf about and so he is not sharing any gold of the O'Reilly clan with Mr. Wolf.... :P

I watched this yesterday as a matter of fact. Nothing new, as per usual. O'Reilly is really creative. Every person he doesn't approve of (in typical Straight White Male fashion he has the superego to think he is important enough to be King Authority when judging everyone), he brands "Far Left."

That's it. Really... It (any integrity the man, his program, or this supposed "news" channel might be mistaken to have) disintegrates from there. Not even I am stupid enough to just label someone "Far Right" and walk away.

The one thing I would love to see pounced on, the one thing that I went "AH HA!" at is the moment when he mentions Catholicism. "Most immigrants are Catholic." Is that so? So the thing that makes you give them the benefit of the doubt as human beings is their religion? In America: we are meant to have FREEDOM of choice for things like religion. Why do we put up with this guy telling us one religion is superior to another? If your show is supposed to be about politics - don't push a religious agenda. Got it? Separation of Church & State is one of the only things that allows the people of this nation to labor under the illusion we're still somehow free. And if we let religion control the majority opinion, we can't truly be a nation for other lesser nations to look up to (by that: I'm only referencing the opinion many people out there have that all other nations are inferior to us). Just more proof that O'Reilly is an elitist.

Lastly... if you watch the clip of Law & Order, you can clearly see Ice-T isn't buying what Larroquette's character is saying. And I sincerely doubt that T's character is supposed to represent the minority in this case. Most people hate being preached to, T even tosses the comments off as "soapbox"ing. He's supposed to be one of the good guys. Didn't Mr. O'Reilly even bother to consider context? ( I MADE A FUNNY! )

Sorry for the double-post, but, it seems Keith Olberman(n?) had something to say about this whole thing. I found it very interesting indeed (especially the part about Kiefer Sutherland's godawful show, 24):

Olbermann at his finest. O'Reilly is calling Dick Wolf out. Is it going to be pistols at dawn?

 That was fantastic, especially the end :D

At my job, I take calls for 100s of magazines, including Limbaugh Letter and Rush 24/7...the moment I see those pop up on my screen I roll my eyes, groan and politely say, "Thank you for calling Limbaugh Letter...." But I hate every single moment of it, especially when they start going on about Obama or worse making Limbaugh into some idealistic God

Classic Olbermann! Especially the last three minutes are comedy gold! Thanks for posting. Too bad the conservatives have no forum to discuss Olbermann's accusations. They only have forums too ignore him.

O'Rielly is just a butthurt douche that can't have everything his way. He BBBBAAAAAWWWWWs at everything criticism directed at him. He's like Uwe Boll but funnier.

Yeah... O'Reilly is more or less made of fail. I don't think he's quite as bad as Glenn Beck.... But I still don't think I could hold a civil conversation with the man. :P

Rush Limbaugh is also like that....I can't stand him....honestly I think of O'reilly, Limbaugh and Beck just like Law and Order described them.....If someone forced me to either watch Glen beck or Days of Our Lives I would pick Days of our lives a million times over....If they weren't on tv anymore and someone said but told me I must start watching soap operas I would in a heartbeat to watch ever soap opera that has ever been heck I might watch Borat if that's what it took to get OBL (O'reilly,Beck,Limbaugh,) off the air and into a mental ward....
