I do believe if you are 12 and a half years old, you have violated the registration procedures by not getting the parental approval you need to sign up.

Yeah, 12 is too young... I've always thought the standard 13 minimum was too young, too, but eh, I guess it's a parental thing at that point. I don't even think they had message boards when I was that age, though, so I dunno.

My mom hated having to give me permission to sign up for these kind of things, so she gave me approval to fake my age.

Of course, I have no need to do that anymore since I'm 15 almost 16 now.
