Why Aaron... I do believe you have yourself your very first "good one" in terms of a burn.

Good burn, Aaron. And for the record - I completely agree.

Furthermore, I agree with all who are blasting this childish and moronic book author looking to kiss Palin's butt. Other than the inherent cluelessness in such a venture outlined in this thread topic title- she hasn't even done enough for the right wing to be called a hero / heroine. They just always want a "Figure" to tell people we should worship. Much like the left's praising of Obama.

And lastly, while we endlessly debate - as a culture - politics, running around arguing like chickens panic in a farmyard with their heads cut off... What kind of example is this trend setting for children? Pettiness disguised as nobility. Is that how we want this upcoming batch of children to turn out? As long as we think they agree with us, it doesn't matter what they really think of this mindless bickering? If so- than let me be the first to say, I personally don't care what children think. Any effort to invade their minds with garbage they don't need to know is just ridiculous. They'll learn what they consider to be the truth soon enough.
