BDLive on Disney titles isn't yet global unfortunately.
Therefore SW won't carry BDLive in Europe as previously announced
Argh typical :( Well it had better get here soon!

I wonder when we'll be seeing more pictures of the DVD Combo Pack? You know, like the inside of the case, the inserts, the actual DVD case without the slipcover, etc.

Is it required to have BD-live in order for that to happen?

Did the discs come packaged like that? Like the DVD first, and then the two Blu-Rays? I guess just because Disney packaged the DVD in the box first gives them the right to call this version the DVD + Blu-Ray Edition. Maybe they want us to think of this as the DVD version and then think of the version coming in November as some sort of special edition? Who knows...

I picked up my copy today. I decided to buy the Collector's Diamond Edition. I also got the Future Shop steelbook.

My mom told me a couple of days ago that she had bought me the Limited Edition Boxset. I'll get it in a couple of days! :) It's so nice of her!

I do wish the Blu-ray packaging had better cover art. At least had I bought the DVD case version, Snow White was the focus of it all, as opposed to the dwarfs looking longingly at the hag. It bums me a little that November's DVD release has (IMO) the best art of the three releases.

Pardon me for asking this before, but is anyone experiencing this same problem as me? Every time I try to view a picture in the gallery, it always freezes up the disc and I can never see the sketch and I have to click the menu to unfreeze it. It's getting really frustrating for me.

Other than that though, I love the new Blu Diamond edition, especially the interactive Hyperion Studios menus and all of the special features hidden within. I'm a bit disappointed the Witch at the cauldron is now gone, but at least all the other four deleted scenes are here, and the abandoned concepts can be viewed in sketch form. The restoration looks fantastic as well to me.

Nice cover and discs that you've got! I'm not going to get it this week, so I have to avoid it at all costs. I still have my 2001 Platinum Edition DVD in my collection, but I will show you the cover of the original.

This is the DVD that I'm keeping. I will post some pics of the discs later.

The "Diamond Edition" does have disc arts on it instead of that sappy gray disc. I have a couple of Disney DVD's that had gray discs without disc arts.

Of course, the UK version isn't out for another month, but other versions available in Europe do have BDLive on the menu - but its not been activated yet according to reports.

This is like some European Universal titles which had BDLive (working) but were deactivated for a time, and then were activated again (presumably now using dedicated European servers). So Snow White appears to have BDLive planned for it, even if it takes a few weeks to arrive.

That said, I don't think we'll be getting phone calls. Who wants to pay for a call from the US? Not me and certainly not Disney.

I think the Australian BD release (coming next Wednesday) uses the Snow White in front of the red apple design. At least that's how it appears in a few catalogues I've seen trickling in...

We're getting BD live down here? :D
I was a little bummed out Sleeping Beauty didn't have it... but not much of a loss.

I didn't think australia was getting the red cover at all considering the dvd cover is the same as the BD...

I count five "Disney"s on that cover. Overkill?
