I don't do it for stares, attention, comments, etc. I get good and bad comments for it, mostly good. Though that doesn't mean people don't like it either...I think they are afraid to say anything to me or simply know, I don't care what others thing. I do know it can cause stares and comments, but none of it bothers me either way. I don't get upset if it draws attention and I don't get upset if it doesn't draw attention.
Though I admit I get some laughs when some people notice it. I have video of Donkey at Universal Studios asking if I was using Kool aid and started singing "Purple Rain"
I was in hysterics, LOL
I need to give it some time to heal after the last bleaching. But I bet by Thanksgiving, I'll be totally purple
